I am so happy to announce that a short chapter about marginal work in Italy written with Antonio Firinu has been published in a recent book from Fondazione Giangiacomo Feltrinelli that explores the relationship between work and social vulnerability. The book is entitled “Porte Girevoli. Contributi di ricerca e buone pratiche sul lavoro marginale e le nuove vulnerabilità sociali” and it is freely accessible on the FGGF website.
The chapter (in Italian) gives a theoretical introduction to the concept of marginal work, then showing the growth of marginal work in correspondence with the crisis and concentrated among young adult (25-36).
